Orders from established organisations and companies can be invoiced on 30 days terms with an official purchase order if required. It may be possible to invoice some individuals - ask for details.
We can take payment by most major credit and debit cards.
Terms and conditions
- Demonstrations
We can usually offer demonstrations of the equipment we sell, in your own office or in London; we want you to be happy with your equipment and we’d rather you had doubts before purchase than afterwards
- Delivery
Typically within 2-4 days of the order being accepted; for UK orders the carrier may be by TNT or another carrier depending on the order and destination. Overseas orders will be sent by DHL, UPS or other carrier.
Installation of a new ISDN line may take several weeks and is dependent on BT.
- Carriage costs
All orders of £100 and above to the UK include carriage; orders below £100, and orders to all non-UK destinations, will be charged carriage costs.
- Refunds / returns policy
All goods have a 12 month warranty, warranty claims being dealt with through isdnstore / Inquit Publishing Ltd.
We want you to be really happy with your purchase. Please ask all the questions you need answers to, to ensure the goods meet your requirements. Don’t be afraid - we aren’t terrible techies, and specialise in helping people who are ‘technologically challenged’
- Prices
Prices on this site exclude VAT which will be added at the prevailing rate; delivery is included for orders over £100 (see above); prices may be changed at any time without notice. A full VAT invoice is provided.
- Other
All goods remain the property of the company until they are paid for in full.
Mistakes do happen even in the best businesses, so please:
- confirm prices, they may have fallen since you last checked
- ask if you are unsure of anything
- tell us if something has gone wrong and we’ll do everything we can to put it right
